Eileen Mager

In her 25 plus years in the HPT field, Eileen has worked as trainer and training manager in the retail, banking, and accounting fields in both the public and the private sectors. She has developed training in managerial, interpersonal communications, sales, and technical areas and throughout her career has made a particular specialty of instructor training.

As a Mager Associate, she consults on performance problems, conducts the Mager workshops, and designs and develops custom training for organizations in a broad range of industries. She is the author of two highly respected workshops: Mastering the Art of Instructor-Led Training (now in its third edition), and What Every Manager Should Know About Training . . . The Workshop.

Eileen has served ISPI as International Vice President, Awards Chair, Chapter Officer, Performance Improvement contributor, and frequent conference presenter and Crackerbarrel hostess.
