Timm J. Esque

Background

Timm J. Esque is an independent performance consultant specializing in establishing self-sustaining performance systems for organizations worldwide, from established Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. Prior to establishing his own consulting business in 1998, Esque held a variety of training and performance improvement positions at Intel Corporation.

Publishing credits

Esque's accomplishments and innovative approach to performance consulting have been featured in such publications as Training Magazine, ASTD's Training and Performance Yearbook, Performance and Instruction, Performance Improvement Quarterly and the Journal of Instructional Development. Making an Impact (CEP Press, 2001) is Esque's third book.

Speaking engagements

Esque is a frequent presenter at the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) annual conference. He has also presented at the Management Roundtable Conference on Project Leadership and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Educational background

Esque holds a BS in Psychology and a MEd in Instructional Technology, both from Arizona State University.
