Background
Pierre Mourier is
the Founder and President of the Stractics Group,
Inc., a management consulting firm dedicated to
helping clients achieve measurable performance
improvements. He has worked with organizations
in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa in such
areas as change management, process optimization,
executive alignment, performance measurement and
management, strategy development, situational
assessments, mergers & acquisitions, process
globalization and velocity management. Some results
of his consulting include:
- A more than 100%
increase in efficiency in a sales and marketing
organization in fewer than 6 months
- A 30% reduction
in maintenance costs (equal to $6 million) in
a chemical company in 4 months
- Reduction in call
abandonment rates in a customer service organization
from a high of 17% to less than 2.5% in 3 months
