Since its inception in 1985, The Center for Effective Performance (CEP) has worked with tens of thousands of training professionals to reengineer workforce performance to meet management's business objectives. CEP developed job aids and training modules to give Towne Air Freight employees the skills to use a new enterprise computer system effectively on day one of conversion. In a recent client debrief, CEP earned the highest marks possible for all aspects of the project, especially CEP's ability to provide Towne Air Freight employees with critical new skills.
