Sr. Performance Consultants (Contract) – Nationwide

We are looking for contract professionals who enjoy challenges, are team players and have a passion for self-discovery and personal development.

Successful candidates will have:

• 5+ years experience developing and implementing workforce performance solutions with proven methodologies
• Excellent grasp of business drivers, processes and their relationship to organizational strategy
• Ability to creatively flex HPT methods to meet client constraints and CEP quality standards
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• A background managing client expectations, budgets and deadlines, PMI® certification is a plus
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate expanded project opportunities within client organizations
• Willing to travel 30% to 40% of the time, sometimes spontaneously
• College degree required
