Mager Associates
Our course managers,
known as Mager Associates, are experienced instructional developers
who work on performance improvement projects in the field
when they're not teaching the Mager Workshops. To qualify
as a Mager Associate, these individuals must meet rigorous
criteria established by Dr. Robert F. Mager, and must continue
to perfect their skills by meeting with Dr. Mager to keep
abreast of the latest behavioral science research results
on performance improvement and instruction.
