The Expert Course Manager Workshop
Because
the skills learned in CRI and IMD are
different from those required to teach the workshops
effectively, certification is the only way to ensure
that the workshops conducted by your internal staff
will have the same guaranteed results and quality as
those conducted by our expert course managers. Our Expert
Course Manager (ECM) workshop will:

you master the skills you need to be a successful
coach, facilitator and course manager
- Prepare
you to run your own CRI or IMD course
within your organization

Who
Should Attend
This
workshop is for any CRI/IMD graduate who wishes
to conduct either of these workshops within their own
organizations.
Workshop
Design
Part
1: During this distance-delivered segment, learners
work through a series of modules on their own to develop
skills in reviewing critical skill checks, learn about
coaching procedures and techniques, and prepare to manage
an in-house CRI and/or IMD workshop. This
preparation will ensure that the workshops you teach
will run smoothly and efficiently.
Part
2: The second portion of this workshop provides
certification candidates with critical interpersonal
and coaching skills. During this 2 1/2 day, group-paced
workshop, learners participate in a series of role plays
to sharpen their skills in reviewing participant work,
providing feedback, and facilitating the CRI and/or
IMD workshop.
Learners
must complete both Part 1 and 2 to become a certified
CRI/IMD course manager.
