Description
This workshop is available on both a public and
in-house basis. Because of our low participant-to-instructor
ratio of 12 to 1, each participant receives individualized,
one-on-one feedback from our expert Performance
Consultant. Solving Performance Problems
Workshop participants learn how to:
- Identify
the true causes of performance problems;
- Determine
if you can use "fast fixes" - solutions
that are quick and easy - to solve a performance
problem;
- Identify
creative, realistic and economically feasible
solutions to people problems;
- Determine
when instruction will and won't help to solve
a performance problem; and
- Help
derive non-training remedies that can save your
organization time and money, while at the same
time helping your organization meet its business
objectives.
The
workshop format is group-paced, with participants
interacting and sharing experiences with other
colleagues. Participants also practice applying
each of the skills they learn to situations relevant
to them. Plus, each participant receives a full
set of Performance Analysis tools that they can
use back on the job, including:
- A
comprehensive participant workbook
- Robert
F. Mager and Peter Pipe's classic text,
Analyzing Performance Problems - a $24.95
